Nordic's largest recruitment and staffing company in healthcare, Life Science, and social work is looking for an engaged Bid Manager to strengthen its team in Sweden.

The role of Bid Manager (temporary position)

A Bid Manager at Dedicare is responsible for driving the entire bidding process, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring competitive bids to win new contracts.

Selection of tasks 

• Bidding process: Lead, coordinate, and design bids for public procurement.
• Analyze tender documents and strategically choose direction
• Work closely with sales and recruitment teams to match staffing needs.

Good to know 

• The position is a temporary role for 12 months.
• Start in mid-August, but we would like you to come in for an introduction/handover for 1 week before that in the spring/early summer

About you & your experiences 

• Several years of experience in bidding work
• Good ability to communicate and prioritize.
• Good system skills, preferably in the systems e-avrop, tendsign, mercell, etc.
• Experience in driving complex bidding processes, preferably within staffing or similar service sectors.
• Experience with LOU (Public Procurement Act) is an advantage.
